This is a largest city in the outside world, but it's also the one closest to Shadow Mountain. The monsters that could escaped Shadow Mountain and went here. Those monsters now either blend in or hide in shadows and allies. Most of the buildings are abandoned, as most humans went elsewhere, as far from Shadow Mountain as they could.
